I love nothing more than to go out in the world and document what I see, the way I see it. Time I spend walking in a woods or along an overlook or floating on a lake or river is often the backdrop for my pictures. If not in the wilderness, then I also like to visit places of historical or architectural interest. Many of my photos will be nothing more than quick clicks just around the house.

Adams, Tennessee

A photography group of which I am a member organized a photo shoot to the beautiful historic town. The town is known for the story of the Bell Witch and the Bell family. There were many old and abandoned buildings to photograph as well as the Bell School grounds and replicas of historic businesses. There was also an abundance of pastoral scenes and barns to photograph as well.

Barfield Park - Revisited

Went out to Barfield Crescent Park for a few photos of the river and a short hike through the woods. It was very nice with lots of water flowing although a LOT of mud! I should rename this post Slip Siding Away but I did manage to stay on my feet!
